Guided Program Upgrade
Most people who order a plate are on their own after checkout. That's usually where the questions start. The Guided Program means we stay with you through your first three months, from the first turn of the screw onward.
What's included:
Personal Activation Plan. An activation schedule written for your specific appliance: when to turn, how much, and what's normal to feel in between. You won't need to piece it together from forum threads.
3 Personal Check-ins. We message you in week 1, month 1 and month 3 to go through fit, progress and adjustments. Same person every time, so you never have to explain your case twice.
Priority Crafting in 9 Business Days. Your plate skips to the front of the workshop queue. Handcrafted in Germany and shipped within 9 business days once your impression is approved.
24h Response Guarantee. Write to us whenever something comes up during your program. You'll hear back from a person within 24 hours.
Available only as an upgrade with an appliance. Covers your first 3 months.
