Once we’ve received your order, we’ll send out your impression kit. It includes everything you need to take your dental impressions easily and comfortably at home.

We do this to guarantee a perfect, custom fit every order includes an impression kit by default.

2. Return your impressions

After you’ve taken your impressions, simply send them back to one of our nearby shipping hubs from DHL. We’ve made the process quick, simple, and convenient for you.

3. Receive your appliance

As soon as your impressions arrive at our dental laboratory, our experienced technicians begin crafting your custom appliance with precision and care.

Once production is complete, we’ll ship your perfectly fitting appliance straight to your delivery address

How do I get started?

Do I get the shipping tracking links?

We send a tracking code with every order, so you can follow your shipment at any time.

How long does it take to get my appliance?

Delivery of your impression kit usually takes 1 to 5 business days within the EU or USA, and 3 to 6 business days for international orders.

Once we receive your impressions, fabrication usually takes 9 to 12 business days. After that, your finished appliance is shipped directly back to you.

In total, the full process usually takes around 12 to 30 days, depending on your location and shipping times.

What is included with the appliance?

Each appliance comes with a storage box and 3 identical activation keys.

How long until results become noticeable?

First sensations usually appear within 2 to 5 days.

Visible changes often show after 10 to 25 days.

More pronounced results develop over 2 to 8 months depending on age and consistency.

How long should I wear it daily and how often do I activate it?

Wear it 16 to 20 hours per day. Activation typically once per week in the beginning, then every 3 to 4 days if comfortable. Never activate if sharp pain occurs. If soreness appears, pause for a few days.
