How do I get started?

The impression kit is included in any appliance order

After you order, we send you the kit, you take your impressions at home, and send them back using the address of our nearest warehouse.

Our lab then fabricates your custom appliance and ships it to you.

We give you all the instructions and guidance along the way.

Do I get the shipping tracking links?

Yes, absolutely.

You’ll receive tracking links for both shipments, first for your impression kit, and then again when your custom appliance is on its way back to you.

Each tracking link will be sent automatically to your email, so you can follow every step of your order in real time until delivery.

How long does it take to get my appliance?

-Delivery of the impression kit typically takes:

1–5 business days within the EU or USA

3–6 business days internationally

- After we receive your impressions, fabrication usually takes 5–7 days, and your finished appliance is shipped right back to you.

The total process can take anywhere between 9-21 days, depending on your location
