How do I get started?

You place your order on our website.
We include a custom impression kit in every order.
You take your impressions at home following the instructions and send them back to our nearest warehouse.
Our laboratory fabricates your custom appliance and then ships it to you.
We guide you through every step.

Is the impression kit included in the price?

Yes, the impression kit is included. There are no extra fees.

How and when will I receive the impression kit?

Delivery of your impression kit usually takes 1 to 5 business days within the EU or USA, and 3 to 6 business days for international orders.

Do I need to visit a dentist or orthodontist?

No. Everything can be done remotely with clear instructions provided.

2. Shipping and Tracking

Do I receive tracking information?

Yes. You receive one tracking link for the impression kit and another one when your finished appliance is shipped back to you.

How long does the total process take?

Delivery of your impression kit usually takes 1 to 5 business days within the EU or USA, and 3 to 6 business days for international orders.

Once we receive your impressions, fabrication usually takes 9 to 12 business days. After that, your finished appliance is shipped directly back to you.

In total, the full process usually takes around 12 to 30 days, depending on your location and shipping times.

Are all costs included?

The final price at checkout includes the impression kit, manufacturing, and shipping. Some regions qualify for free shipping.

3. Appliance Details

What is included with the appliance?

Each appliance comes with a storage box and 3 identical activation keys.

Which appliance should I choose?

Lateral Growth Plate:

Supports lateral widening of the back part of the upper jaw. Helps create more tongue space, improve breathing room, and support midface structure.

Full Growth Plate:

Includes the lateral widening function and additionally guides the upper jaw slightly forward. This can enhance facial balance, cheekbone definition, and airway space. Especially useful for recessed midface or restricted breathing patterns.

What is the expansion capacity?

Lateral Growth Plate up to 14 mm.

Full Growth Plate laterally up to 14 plus a forward screw up to 9 mm

Lower Growth Plate up to 12 mm.

In practice you don’t need the full range, just 2–5 mm (forward and/or width) is usually enough to see clear changes in midface support, smile width, and breathing.

4. Suitability and Results

Can adults use the appliance?

Yes. It is suitable for adults. Younger users often see faster adaptation.

How long until results become noticeable?

First sensations usually appear within 2 to 5 days.

Visible changes often show after 10 to 25 days.

More pronounced results develop over 2 to 8 months depending on age and consistency.

Is it uncomfortable to wear?

There may be mild tightness in the first few days. This is normal and shows the appliance is working. It becomes comfortable after a short adaptation period.

5. Usage and Care

Can I eat or drink while wearing it?

Drink water if needed. Remove the appliance for meals.

How long should I wear it daily and how often do I activate it?

Wear it 16 to 20 hours per day. Activation typically once per week in the beginning, then every 3 to 4 days if comfortable. Never activate if sharp pain occurs. If soreness appears, pause for a few days.

Will a gap between the front teeth appear?

In about 5 percent of cases a small temporary gap may appear. Reducing activation usually closes the gap naturally.

What if the appliance breaks or does not fit correctly?

We offer repair and replacement options depending on the situation.

6. Payment and Support

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. We support PayPal and Klarna installment options. Select Pay Later or Installments at checkout.

Do you provide support during the process?

Yes. We offer full guidance to ensure safe and correct use.

7. Safety and Stability

Is it safe for teeth and bones?

Yes. The appliance is made from medical grade materials. Expansion happens gradually and allows natural bone remodeling.

Are the results permanent?

Results remain stable once the bone has remodeled. A short maintenance phase similar to a retainer is recommended.
