For an appliance that fits you perfectly, we'll need an impression of your teeth.
1. Mix the material
Take only one blue and one white impression material from the containers provided and mix both components thoroughly until a homogeneous blue color without streaks is achieved.
You have 45 seconds to do this.
2. Fill the tray
For the upper jaw, distribute the impression material evenly in the tray.
The material must also cover the palate to the back so that the palate is clearly visible in the impression. If this does not work on the first attempt, use a little more material.
3. Position the tray
Position the impression tray in your mouth so that it is centrally aligned with the nose.
4. Press up evenly
Press the tray up evenly to ensure that your teeth are as completely as possible in the impression material. There should also be enough gums visible in the impression
5. Wait 5 minutes
Leave the impression tray in your mouth for at least 5 minutes before removing it. Avoid moving the tray.
6. Send us your photos
Send us clear photos of your impressions by email. We’ll review them and let you know whether to send them to our nearest lab or use your second attempt.
