Full Growth Plate
This is a fully personalised (handcrafted), removable appliance designed to expand the upper jaw and support both forward and lateral growth. Its unique three-way screw allows controlled expansion and forward movement of the front teeth, creating space for proper dental alignment and natural arch development.
Main components:
• Carry box for daily storage
• Three identical activation keys
• Three-way expansion screw for simultaneous forward and (when needed) lateral widening on the rear third of the maxilla (where real remodeling happens)
• Labial bow to stabilise anterior teeth during expansion
• Retentive clasps to secure the appliance in place
• Ball-ended clasps for additional comfort and stability
• Forces anchor on the palate so changes are skeletal first, not just dental
