    • Three-way expansion screw for simultaneous forward growth and, when needed, widening of the back third of the maxilla.
    • Labial bow to stabilise anterior teeth during expansion
    • Retentive clasps to secure the appliance in place
    • Ball-ended clasps for additional comfort and stability
    • Forces anchor on the palate so changes are skeletal first

      When is it used?

    The Full Growth Plate is recommended to expand the upper jaw and support both forward and lateral growth. Its unique three-way screw allows controlled expansion and forward movement, creating space for proper dental alignment and natural arch development.

    The Facemask adds adjustable forward-upward pull, guiding the whole upper jaw forward with a subtle CCW rotational effect. Great if you want true skeletal width and forward guidance.

    Common for:
    a wider smile, more midface support, easier nasal breathing, and a calmer, more centered bite as the lower jaw follows the new space.

    How do I get started?

    The impression kit is included in any appliance order

    After you order, we send you the kit, you take your impressions at home, and send them back using the address of our nearest warehouse.

    Our lab then fabricates your custom appliance and ships it to you.

    We give you all the instructions and guidance along the way.

    Do I get the shipping tracking links?

    Yes, absolutely.
    You can expect to have the tracking link the same day of order.

    We provide tracking links for both shipments, first for your impression kit, and then again when your custom appliance is on its way back to you.

    Each tracking link will be sent automatically to your email, so you can follow every step of your order in real time until delivery.

    How long does it take to get my appliance?

    -Delivery of the impression kit typically takes:

    1–5 business days within the EU or USA

    3–6 business days internationally

    - After we receive your impressions, fabrication usually takes 5–7 days, and your finished appliance is shipped right back to you.

    The total process can take anywhere between 9-21 days, depending on your location
